Tools and techniques for citation-based literature search and visualisation

Event details

About the event

Refining your keyword search strategy is essential for your literature review – but have you considered expanding your search with other tools? This session will focus on citation-based searching and will help HDR students and researchers take advantage of new technologies to find key papers, authors, and topics, and begin to visualise citation networks. Please note, database search basics will not be covered in this session. If you are looking for refresher in using databases and searching for information more generally, we recommend working through each section of the Skills for study page.
