Digital Demos: Retrospectives

Event details

About the event

Reflective practice is something we aim to do, but we often run out of time before we have to move onto the next thing. Retrospectives are an easy way to embed reflective practices and get the most out of your work!

Commonly used in software development, a retrospective is an activity where you come together as a team to look at how a project or new way of working went. You might ask:

  • what went well?
  • what didn’t?
  • what can be improved?

This session will show you how retrospectives are useful for all teams small and large, technical and non-technical! It’ll offer tips and tools for running effective retros.
