Event
Covidence: Streamlining the process of systematic reviews
Event details
About the event
This session will provide an overview of the systematic review tool, Covidence. You will learn how to get set up and begin using this tool for systematic, unbiased literature screening.
Covidence is an online tool that assists with the screening of citations, abstracts and full-text studies for systematic and other complex reviews. It also supports a risk of bias assessment, data extraction and the exporting of data and reference information into CSV format or Excel.
You can save time with this tool as it allows for multiple reviewers to view the search results for the review and assign inclusion and exclusion criteria to the studies.
More information is available on the Covidence page on the Library's Systematic and systematic-like review toolkit.
This session will be held online via GoToMeeting. You will be sent the link to the training session along with instructions for how to access it the day before.
If you are unable to attend this session, there is another with the same content being held on 23 July 2020. Learn more: https://deakin.libcal.com/calendar/events/covidence-23-July
