About the event
Join us for an informative session designed to enhance your understanding of systematic and scoping reviews, as well as other evidence syntheses in the Health and Sciences disciplines.
In this session, you will gain:
- an overview of systematic reviews and other evidence syntheses
- techniques for developing systematic searches and translating searches across databases
- an introduction to searching for grey literature
- information on documenting and reporting search strategies
- strategies for minimising bias in your reviews.
This session will be recorded and all registered attendees will receive an email with the recording.
Please note that a prerequisite for this session is an understanding of advanced database search functions, including subject headings, proximity searches, and line-by-line searching. This content is covered in the Advanced literature searching workshop.
This workshop is particularly useful for researchers and graduate researchers from the Health and SEBE faculties who are planning to conduct a systematic review or other evidence synthesis. Deepen your knowledge and refine your research skills!
