Deakin University Librarian Hero Macdonald will kick-off Open Access Week with a provoking keynote, responding to the overarching theme question of which approaches to open scholarship prioritise the best interest of the public and the academic community - and which do not?

This keynote will be MC'd by Doug Creighton, Chair of RRTC, and delivered in-person at Waurn Ponds as well as live-streamed. For those attending in person, the keynote will be followed by casual discussion over afternoon tea. All welcome!
